Find the previous communications in your junk mail. Nobody mentioned nothing 
in the installation reporting instruction that there must be some kind of 
header or pseudoheader in reports. So this is the last attempt I'm making.  
The info about installation bugs was attached to the first two messages, so 
you can retrieve it.

It thus seems you went on some temporary problem which we can't really
analyse now.

As a consequence, and given that you finally succeeded installing
Debian sarge, I hereby close the two bug reports.
