Some candidates include: - The cdebconf text frontend (not used by default, useful to include for serial consoles though) - isa-pnp-modules -- does netwinder actually use this for any ethernet cards? - nic-extra-modules -- if we check the included modules and make sure that nic-modules has any nic drivers we would expect a netwinder to need - usb-modules -- does a netwinder need this for USB keyboard? - bogl-bterm-udeb -- can a netwinder have a console at all? - console-keymaps-usb, console-keymaps-at -- can a netwinder have a keyboard at all? - as a last resort, we could reduce the size greatly by removing translations Luckily we already have a separate netboot image just for netwinders, so removing any of the above from it will be relatively easy. -- see shy jo
