You did use a PC keymap on the atari, right? ;-)

Because macs do, indeed, not reliably run >= 2.4 yet (though that is
improving).

Once the support is there. I've only successfully booted 2.6 on
Branden's 840AV though, it didn't work on any of my five (count them:
five) macs (though, granted, one of them contains an LC040 and will
likely never really work). That's a IIci, a Centris 610, a
Centris 650, a Quadra 950, and a Quadra 700 (though I need to check some
of them again, it's been a while).
