troubles downloading the most packages

Hi,

on the most servers where I try to download (apt-get) the packages, I 
get 404 errors

here some of them:

Err http://ftp.uni-erlangen.de testing/main proftpd 1.2.10-20
 404 Not Found
Err http://ftp.hk.debian.org testing/main proftpd 1.2.10-20
 404 Not Found
Err http://ftp.us.debian.org etch/main proftpd 1.2.10-20
 404 Not Found [IP: 204.152.191.7 80]
Err http://ftp.hk.debian.org testing/main proftpd-common 1.2.10-20
 404 Not Found
