Yes, I'm fine with that.
I just made an improved version of the banner, with a
sligh dropshadow beneath the swirl and "debian":

Ah, I understand. So along with this banner, any
future image which I make which contain debian's open
use logo will have the notice:
"This image is licensed under the same terms as the
Debian Open use logo".
