I hate to be pedantic about this, but since your logo is derived from the Debian logo, you cannot license it under the terms of the GPL, since that would involve both adding additional restrictions to the copyright of the work you based it on, as well as removing certain restrictions that are required by that work's copyright. (Saying "my logo is licensed under the same terms as the Debian Open use logo" is the easiest thing to do.) -- see shy jo
