Hi Stephen,
No, your upload is still not okay, because Desription != Description (mind the
missing 'c'). If you hand-edited the .changes file: I'd strongly suggest to
use the standard tools to generate your .changes files, in order to prevents
mistakes like this.
If it turns out to be a tool you used that has a typo in it, I think it'd make
sense to file a bug on it, because this isn't going to work.
