Hi,

i tested this with all three tftpboot.imgs (compact,idepci,bf2.4).
i extended the images with imggen (Image Creator for MBA ROMs v1.01,
Date: Nov 26, 2001) from the LTSP to be able to boot them via a 3com
mba.
bf2.4 was totaly brocken. it faild booting with: invalid compressed
format.
both others (compact/idepci) booted the kernel, but the halted with:

request_module[block-major-58]: Root fs not mounted
VFS: Connot open root device 3a:05
Kernel Panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 3a:05

yours
Michael

I'm closing these bugs because install-doc was the documentation for the
boot-floppies, which have reached end of life.

Current installation documentation is in the debian-installer-manual
package. If you think that your documentation issue is still not
adequately covered in the sarge installer manual, please reopen your bug
report and reassign it to debian-installer-manual.
