This is somewhat strange as apparently the usb modules loaded without 
problem during the installation.

Can you try blacklisting the usb-uhci kernel module for both discover and 
hotplug so the module will not be loaded during boot?
You can blacklist the module by following the instructions in question 28 
of our FAQ [1] and editing the configuration files for discover and 
hotplug in /target/etc.

It may be that the real problem happens before the lines that you copied 
from the console.
