Bug#243085: No 'continue' button is confusing for new users

I added it back for the string and password types in cdebconf 0.81, in
response to bug #257969. This bug also mentions select; do you happen to
remember exactly which questions caused confusion?

Also, note that as of cdebconf 0.81 there's a help line at the bottom of
the screen telling you to press Enter to activate buttons; that's not
ideal here, but maybe it will provide a clue.
