installing sarge using possible IPv6 IP

Hi,

I've been trying, without success, to do DHCP install using the sarge
floppies. When my Ubuntu box is connected and I do an ifconfig eth0 to
find out the ip address I get:

eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:0A:E6:84:DF:27
          inet6 addr: fe80::20a:e6ff:fe84:df27/64 Scope:Link
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:7630 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:7822 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:294 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:3426188 (3.2 MiB)  TX bytes:652736 (637.4 KiB)
          Interrupt:10 Base address:0xd400

Is the 'inet6 addr:' the problem and how do I get around it?
