Any donation to the project is of course very welcome. Please see [1] for
further information.
Probably any Free Software project will welcome donations, but I don't
know if any "need" funds more than others.

P.S. In some countries there are Debian affiliated organizations that
collect money for Debian. You may want to enquire into that to save
international transfer costs.
