[Manual] Call to porters to update installation instructions

Now, with RC3 is (almost) released, is an excellent time to check the
manual for outdated installation instructions for your pet architecture
and correct them.

For the following architectures the manual currently includes a warning
that the installation instructions are probably outdated:
- arm
- hppa
- mips
- mipsel
- powerpc
- s390
- sparc

If you feel (after making needed changes) the manual properly covers your
architecture, please send a mail to the list requesting the warning to be
removed.

If you commit changes to the manual to SVN, please *only commit to trunk*.
Changes will be propagated to the Sarge branch when translators have had
a chance to catch up with them.
Alternatively, patches or (unformated) replacement texts can be filed as
wishlist bugs against package debian-installer-manual.

Any changes will be published within a few days on the development pages
for the manual [1].
Any changes that get propagated to the Sarge branch will also be published
on the release pages for Sarge [2] (also available through d-doc pages).
The changes will of course also eventually get to the CDs, depending on
when the next release of d-i will be.

If you need help, please send a mail to the list.
