You should reply to your bugreport (= <295448@bugs.debian.org>)not to me.
With that more people can have an eye on this problem, and track progress by
looking at [1].

What do you mean by "...didn't recognize...very well"?
Could you see and use your disk?
If yes, which kernel module did woody choose for that SATA controller?
(= send "lsmod >all_woody_modules_XPC")
