The exim4-metapackage[1] is uninstallable on sparc/arm currently, for two
reasons:

#1. Sparc and ARM are out of date. The package compiled fine and is listed
as uploaded but was never accepted. - I have contacted debian-arm and
debian-sparc some days ago but either the buildd admins don't read that
list or do not care.

#2 An unnecessarily strict dependeny (=$Source-Version) of the binary-all
package on the binary-arch package exim4-base. - I have fixed this in
CVS. - Colin, thank you for bringing this up on policy.

[1] apt-get install exim4-daemon-light works fine, but the uninstallable
metapackage probably breaks debootstrap.
