Not related but I've just discovered abou tthis package and do not
really know what it does, but looking at the README, I found:

Code 4E is Vlaams. What language is that?
Vlaams is a variant of Dutch, mostly spoken in Belgium. I guess we can
assimilate it to Dutch.
