I didn't go far in installation. I stop at the state: "Detecting hardware to find CD-ROM drives"
"92%"
"Loading module 'sd_mod' for 'SCSI disk support' ...


I wait more than 30 minutes and nothing happen :/ But my keyboard still alive...

any idea to have a more acurate reports?

Can you switch consoles then?
If yes, what's shown on console 3 and 4 while hanging?

Did you try command line arguments "noapic nolapic"?
Did you try command expert?
Did you try to use command linux26, or expert26?
