All three of these problems indicate that you did _not_ use a current 
installer.
Please use either the pre-RC2 release or a daily build from:
http://www.nl.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/

Correct, these bugs still exist and probably will not be fixed until after 
the Sarge release.

This confirms that you did not use a current version of the installer as 
this is fixed in the pre-RC2 release (I should know because I fixed it 
myself).
