That 256 byte limit blocks pre-seeding.
>From bugreport #276299 I learned that also some netcfg parameters are
needed, they are
netcfg/get_hostname=unassigned-hostname netcfg/get_domain=unassigned-domain
that are seventy-five (75) characters. When someone needs
aic7xxx=no_probe
that are another sixteen bytes from the rare quater kilobyte.
Can it at least be double to 512 byte?
