The JS20 still fails to boot this kernel. The reason being is that you are building w/ just ppc32 and not building w/ the ppc64 tree. The JS20 requires hardware support that is only in the ppc64 tree as do any power5 or power4 box running in LPAR mode. Thanks, Jake
