Forgot to tell: I've fetched these images from

http://people.debian.org/~joshk/d-i/images/2004-10-13/cdrom/initrd.gz
http://people.debian.org/~joshk/d-i/images/2004-10-13/cdrom/vmlinuz-2.4.27-1-sparc64
http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/sarge_d-i/sparc/20041013/sarge-sparc-businesscard.iso

I've added a stanza

 image=1/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.27-1-sparc64-installer-20041013
  initrd=1/boot/initrd-sparc-installer-20041013
  append="root=/dev/ram ramdisk_size=10000 devfs=mount,dall debconf/priority=low"
  label=installer-20041013-expert

to my /etc/silo.conf, and assumed the initrd would search for
/sarge-sparc-businesscard.iso on the disk.

Bye,

Joost
