Bug#275701: installation-reports: [sparc] tries to start bterm on inappropriate hardware

bterm does not support sbus/upa bus framebuffers, the kernel
interaction is different that that of PC style framebuffers. (Some
sparc hardware does use PC style framebuffers, so bterm would be
usable on them.)
The fix was to not attempt using bterm where it would not work. I
don't know where the change was made, but rootskel seems likely.

With Microsoft, failure is not an option. It is a standard feature.
