Bug#275701: installation-reports: [sparc] tries to start bterm on inappropriate hardware

I'm guessing that this must be because of bug #273378. The bug probably
prevents the built-in debian-installer/framebuffer=false on sparc from
working same as it breaks it when passed on the command line. The
rootskel that fixes that bug is failing on the sparc aurobuilder; a
manual build of it would be appreciated.
