On the other hand, localization-config has not been very widely tested and
may set a wrong keyboard in some situations (e.g. when there are multiple
keyboards common in one country).
Also, IIRC the list of options is greater in X than we offer in d-i.
So the proposal from Branden sounds good to me: users will at least be able
to check the default set by localization-config and enter something else if
it is not the optimal value.
One extra <enter> should not hurt that much.
