Both. Though what appears on the website is independent of build.sh.
The list in build.sh now reads:
# Please add languages only if they build properly.
languages="en cs es fr ja nl pt_BR" # ca da de el eu it ru
This would result in only languages that are up-to-date and have a reasonable
% translated (> 20%) to be build.
(Well, pt_BR is not up-to-date ATM, but thats being worked on.)
Maybe we should discuss if nl and pt_BR are sufficiently translated for
inclusion at release time. Something for Oldenburg?
