Bug#269027: 2.4.26-1-generic instead of 2.6 ok, relevant lspci

I subsequently re-attempted the installation with the 2.4.26-1-generic kernel
instead of the 2.6.6-1-generic, which went ok.  Here is the lspci listing from
the booted 2.4.26-1 system:
