What's this change in partman?

Hi,

I found strange messages in UNRELEASED changelog of partman.

partman-auto (31) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Anton Zinoviev
    - add "noatime" mount option in the atomic and home recipes. Thanks
      to Ryan Underwood, closes: #265295
    - add mount options in the multi_user recipes:
         "nodev" and "noexec" for /boot,
         "nodev" for /usr,
         "nodev", "noexec", "usrquota" and "grpquota" for /var,
         "nodev", "nosuid", "usrquota" and "grpquota" for /tmp,
         "nodev", "nosuid", "usrquota" and "grpquota" for /home

partman-basicmethods (20) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Anton Zinoviev
    - choose_method/filesystem/do_option: if the user has not yet chosen
      options set "noatime" and "quiet". Thanks to Ryan Underwood.

partman-partitioning (25) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Anton Zinoviev
    - automatically add "noatime" and "quiet" mount options for newly
      created partitions. Thanks to Ryan Underwood.

Anton, could you describe about this change?
Will be these (unwanted) options defined with partition by partman
silently?

Thanks,
