Reboot: [ O]

Comments/Problems:

- Boot delay at "Starting MTA: b44: eth0: Link is down"

- Keyboard Layout not set. The Installer asks for the Keyboard layout (here:
German) and uses it for the Passwords. But the installed HD System is still
set to US Layout. If the Password contains Y or Z, you cannot log into your
new system (Y and Z are exchanged).

- No GUI for root. The Gnome Login Manager doesn't allow root to log in, root
cannot get an X11 Session. Only text terminals for root... Next i will look
at the FAQ or wait for a Hint from you.

- Why Gnome? I want KDE.

Finally: Everyone says that Debian is more difficult than SuSE, Mandrake or
others. But Debian does not die after half a Year, forcing you to buy the new
version. And the Sound works, in contrary to Knoppix 3.4. If i can fix the
Root-GUI Problem, i think i will be happy with Debian.
(I'm used to compile my own custom Kernel and install the nVidia Driver)

Good Work, Folks! Thanks a lot.

Greetings from Switzerland
Mark W.
