Bug#264984: should allow to configure more than one interface during installation

hi,

it isn't possible to configure multible ethernet devices during installation.
For example: you configure eth0 to be in network 192.168.1.0, then switch 
back to the main menu and start to configure eth1. The installer then shuts
down eth0 and starts eth1. This is somehow boring if youre behind an load
balancer or something and need an 2nd network to be able to access the www
in order to receive the packages. 

Of course, it should be possible to do this at the console (well, i didnt
try).
