Bug#241212: kernel panic during boot

Bug confirmed. It is still reproducible with beta4.
This time i've tried another hardware.
The list lines of kernel output before hang:

VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem)
VFS: Cannot open root device "" or 3a:04
Please append a correct "root=" boot option.
Kernel panic: VFS: unable to mount root fs on 3a:04
