Comments/Problems:

I used
http://gluck.debian.org/cdimage/testing/sarge_d-i/i386/beta3/sarge-i386-businesscard.iso

I always get the same problem, the base system
installation cannot finish

>From /var/log/messages of my laptop

Unpacking kernel-pcmcia-.....etc
Setting up kernel-pcmcia-modules...etc

Reading Package Lists...
Building Dependency Tree...
E: Couldn't find package iso-codes

Then it stops the installation by returning to the
main menu

One thing i like with the old installer is that I was
able to partition my hard disk and mark partitions,
such as OpenBSD partition, NTFS etc
On this installer there is just linux partitions and
FAT

Good luck

Mikael

That will not be easy, since you'll have to do partitioning and begin=20
installing packages to your disk to verify that the dependency problem=20
is no longer there. However, since nobody except from you has reported=20
this issue, and since it was merely a dependency problem between=20
packages, I have strong reason to believe that the matter was resolved=20
long ago. Thus, I will close this report now.
