first and foremost: thank you for your bug report.

I'm currently processing old installation reports, and have come across
yours. Many thanks for all your feedback. It is much appreciated.

Have you had a change to test one of the more current[1] install images? 
If the problems, you've mentioned are no longer present, I would very 
much like to close this report.
