Thanks, that does sill seem to be present.
I will rectify this in the SVN tree ASAP 
and it should be fixed in the next release,
likely kernel-source-2.4.26-4.

I missed it because the bug, which was
against kernel-source-2.4.26 was closed
because as a result of a fix to kernel-source-2.6.7.
Jens, can you please not close bugs against 2.4.26
unless they are actually fixed in 2.4.26.
It makes it a bit hard for me to track things.
