20040712 i386 sid_d-i netinst 2.4 nearly OK (ru_RU)

Result     : The display is now correct for cyrillic in 2nd stage
             (countrychooser made it)
	     One glitch remains : at the end of base-config, the
             terminal is switched to ISO-8859-1 and thus all cyrillic
             display is garbled
             When rebooting the system on the installed system, the 
             terminal is however correct and properly displays cyrillic
