The newest version is -9, but this version should be fine.

udebs/discover-udeb_2.0.4-5_amd64.udeb
debian-installer does currently not use discover-udeb. Use
discover1-udeb which you seem to be missing.
udebs/discover2-data-udeb_2.2003.12.30-1_all.udeb
This package is obsolete. It has been removed from unstable and I'm
currently looking into removing it from testing as well.
