[X11] May fail to load after d-i install

Hello all,
I've just submitted a bug against xserver-xfree86 because I have seen the
following problem on two separate installs and there were two independent
reports on kde@l.d.o.
The problem seems to be that X does not allow enough time for hotplug to load
psmouse and evdev when started from kdm during power on boot.
