Bug#255257: base-installer: should use 2.6 when installation was 2.6

Package: base-installer
Version: 20040616
Severity: normal

If the 2.6 kernel was used for installation, then the 2.4 kernel
should probably not be an option for the final system. Otherwise
it's possible that the user is left without a working system, if
hardware required a 2.6 kernel.
