That _is_ the manual for the new Sarge installer and it should be autobuild
daily (but at the moment there seems to be a problem, at least with the Dutch
translation).
You are right that the manual is still for a large part based on the old Woody
manual.
There are a number of people working on the manual currently to get it in
shape for Sarge.
