The package name change for libcupsys was deliberate, to avoid
concurrently installing combinations of packages that would result in
segfaults. I'm reassigning this bug to scribus, which needs to be
recompiled on all architectures against the new libcupsys2-gnutls10
package instead of libcupsys2.
