Without problems. All alphas at work and my private ones have lvm
installed. The only point is that if you use BSD disklabels, there is
no predefined partition type for lvm, so we chose "unknown". But a
while back I contacted the lvm maintainer in Debian and he said that
the partition type does not matter. I only tried LV lying on one PV
yet, though.
