Bug#250508: bug with lvm.

I am seeing if I can get it to this point, as I would really like to be
able to set up the system completely like this.

At the 56% mark it is just saying "Please wait ..." and if I do the ps
ax it seems to be somewhere in /lib/partman/init.d/50lvm which is being
called from /lib/partman/choose_partition/30lvm/do_option

I am pretty sure that it has done the vgscan as the output from this has
popped up on the screen, and I can run vgscan the prompt without any
problems.
