I think you are overdoing things here. In a lot of cases existing partitions 
will have nothing to do with the new installation. Why not leave this to the 
user?
Personally I think "do not use" is very clear.

I think to it would make more sense to also show the mountpoint line (with 
value "none") when "do not use" is selected.
Then, if the user tries to change the mountpoint, you could show a dialog 
which says something like "setting a mountpoint is not allowed when usage is 
'do not use'; please select how you want to use the partition first".
