Ugh. Sorry about that... kind of slipped my mind.
OK. I can back this down to 4.0 if required, although I'd prefer to
keep 4.2 if it doesn't pose too much of a problem for d-i.
Plese re-open this bug if you want me to revert the build-dep to 4.0.
