Bug#234520: marked as done (debian-installer: INSTALLATION-HOWTO should tell how to boot from CD)

http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/cvs/debian-installer/doc/INSTALLATION-HOWTO
doesn't mention how to make your system boot from CD, it just says:
"... and make your system boot from CD."

For powerpc it should say something like "Press <C> while booting"
and for x86 something like "Configure your BIOS".
