... sorry, I was thinking about a different bug report. About this
problem: I had a new machine, with three clean disks, I did created one
LVM partition on each of them and then switched to lvm configuration. At
this point, when selecting the VG I see that only the first was
available to be included in the VG.

I had to manually switch to the console and run pvcreate on the second
and third disk, then I went back to the lvm configuration and I created
the VG and LV.

At the end, when installing the kernel, I found that mkinitrd wasn't
finding the rootvg/rootlv in the /target directory (see also #247213).
