Bug#244837: install: Base config in chroot is messy

When doing base config in chroot (without reboot) there:

1. Should be message "base-config will be ran after you select "Finalize
instalation" button", because now i kinda pressed base config button 5
times and nothing happened.
2. Maybe because of that screen got really messy. Cursor was gone, blue
selection line was gone too, cancel button was drawed next to OK when i
pressed TAB. So base-config was unusable, and i had to rerun it when i
rebooted.
