Comments/Problems:

Worked really well until package installation. :-(

Selected tasksel to get my packages - following this was presented with the following
message:

Media Change: Please insert the disc labelled 'Debian GNU/Linux testing_Sarge_-Official
NetInst Snapshot i386 Binary-1 (200040315)" in the drive '/cdrom/' and press enter

When pressing enter debian would update and display the status of package downloads in the
background but repeat the question. Obviously the CD was not being found. When all the packages
had been pulled from the network the install just sat there trying to find the CD.

In the errata page you mention, "*cdrom not added to fstab.* /etc/fstab will not contain an entry
for your CD-ROM drive. Fixed in the daily builds." in the known issues. If this is the problem
then might I suggest you make it a bit more obvious that beta-3 is knackered and that users should
download the daily build (which I'm doing right now).

Any questions don't hesitate to email me and keep up the good work.

As mentioned in the report, the beta3 errata note that it sets up a bad
/etc/fstab entry for the CD. The workaround is to fix /etc/fstab. The
netinst CD is not needed for the second stage install anyway, you should
be downloading packages from the network at that point. No need to leave
this report open.
