Comments/Problems:
The CD did not autoboot, but I didn't expect it to. After selecting the
CD drive from the EFI menu and running elilo, the installer started and
I was presented with the initial menu prompting me to select a language.
I could not select a language since the keyboard was non-responsive. HP
rx2600's only have USB (no PS/2) ports and the USB keyboard support
was not available on the ISO I tested. Perhaps the hardware detection
could be run earlier to get around this issue.
