RE: How do I avoid Grub?

I'm afraid that doesn't work. I've tried it on the past 4 Jigdo weekly
builds and always, lilo does not install on the disk. I cannot even locate
an error message indicating a problem.

I get as far as showing where lilo should be installed, and it returns me
back to the main menu with installing grub highlighted once again.

In expert mode, you move the cursor down to lilo and hit enter. In
normal install mode, you go back when it asks about installing grub, and
pick lilo instead.
