The root floppy used to not include a kernel-image udeb in its status file. As of March 30th, this changed. I'm not sure if this change would have gotten onto the march 31st images Matt tried or not (partly because the build of that floppy has been failing lately). It might be good to try a newer build. -- see shy jo
